Honkai: Star Rail 4.7 Lands November 11 With a Playable Aha and Buffs for Acheron and Jing Yuan
Now, Lay Laughter to All Stars closes the Planarcadia arc, adds Affinitive Eidolons for older characters and brings Aha in as a 5-star.

If you drifted away from Honkai: Star Rail a few patches ago, Version 4.7 might be the one that pulls you back. HoYoverse confirmed on October 30 that "Now, Lay Laughter to All Stars" launches on November 11, and it closes out the Planarcadia arc with the Aeon of Elation itself stepping onto the stage.
Aha finally becomes playable
Aeon ★ Aha arrives as a limited 5-star on the Path of Elation. In the story, Aha has kept the leviathan known as the Voracity sealed for ages through the Phantasmoon Games, and with the beast about to wake, THEY stage one final performance to hunt it down. In battle, Aha raises the Path of Elation for Elation teammates, unlocking extra abilities for each of them, and takes the lead in a new "Aha Instant" that fast-forwards Elation Skills. The whole team fills up Wishpower during a fight, and once it is full, Aha's Ultimate hits every enemy. Ally attacks can also cut into enemies' Max HP.
Why older characters matter again
The part I care about most is the new Affinitive Eidolon system. If you own certain characters, you can unlock extra abilities for them, and the first three to get this treatment are Acheron, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae and Jing Yuan. Those three are also the second-half reruns. For anyone sitting on an old Jing Yuan or Imbibitor Lunae, that is a real reason to dust them off.
The first-half banners rerun Silver Wolf LV.999, Sparxie and Yao Guang.
Events and extras
- "The Fluffy Movie: Overheated", where you help Aha run a dessert shop for Gold Coins
